Take a look at the process below, where you'll see step by simple step how easy it can be to run a fundraiser using our website. You can refer back to this page as you go along, or contact us for assistance.

1. Order supplies for your sale. Get your order forms and prize sheets, print information sheets, and perhaps order bags for samples or a table sale.
2. Take orders and collect donations from your supporters. We recommend $5 per bag.
3. Order the bags to fill your orders. They'll be shipped and you'll have your prize voucher within 3 days.
4. Once you have your prize voucher, come back and order the incentives that your participants have earned.
5. Once your bags arrive, distribute them to your supporters. Once your prizes arrive, distribute them to your participants. Enjoy your new funds! We hope to see you again next year.

The Green Bag Sales mission is to providing the materials, information, incentives and products for your group or club to raise money in an environmentally responsible way. From the paper the order forms are printed on to the spirit of conservation through reuse, we've considered the environment in every aspect of this program. Even if environmentalism is not a focus of your organization, with a quality product and fun incentives, it can't hurt to go a little "greener."
